I'm Marty.
I played D1 hockey at UMass Lowell as a three-year captain, attended Detroit Red Wings main camp, and played professionally in North America and Europe. I've spent the last 20+ years as a strength and conditioning coach working with elite hockey players at every level.
Now I work exclusively with beer league players who have jobs, kids, and no time, but still want to perform.
I've helped hundreds of guys drop 20, 30, even 60+ pounds while building muscle and skating better than they have in years. I don't teach extreme diet BS. Or random workout plans. Just a proven system built around the demands of hockey and the reality of your schedule.
My clients aren't starving themselves, taking hours out of their busy schedules, or grinding through 2-hour gym sessions. They're training 3 times a week for 30 minutes, eating real food, and following a simple framework. Because of that, they play games with still energy left in the 3rd period. That's the difference between a fitness plan and a hockey fitness plan.
